Full restoration project of Victorian House built in 1902, project managed complete project. This included stripping the house to bare brick walls, redesigning electricity, lighting layouts, design and install new bathroom and kitchen, helping the client with designs and product selection for furniture/ wall/celling/light fittings and floor finishes for each room. Project management included regular site visits liaising with builder and assuring the work is carried out to accepted standards. Helped the customer to finish the project with 12 weeks!!
